Our digital courses and learning materials are delivered electronically and are considered non-returnable digital content once access has been granted.
However, we value fairness and transparency. Refunds may be issued in certain cases, as described below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
You may be eligible for a refund if:
• You purchased a course or service but did not access or download any content.
• The course you purchased was not delivered or was unavailable due to a technical issue on our platform.
• There was a duplicate payment or other verified billing error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• You have accessed, streamed, or downloaded course materials.
• You completed part or all of a course.
• Your dissatisfaction is based solely on subjective expectations (e.g., course difficulty, instructor style, or lack of progress).
• You failed to meet technical or software requirements necessary to access the content.
• The refund request was submitted after the 14-day period.
Digital educational content, once accessed, is considered consumed and therefore non-refundable under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Section 37).

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

• Full name
• Email address associated with your account
• Purchase reference number
• Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
If you are subscribed to a recurring plan:
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
• Once a new billing cycle starts, the charge becomes non-refundable.
• Cancellation ensures that no further payments are taken.
Access to premium content will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us immediately.
In most cases, we can resolve the issue or provide an alternative access method.
Refunds for technical issues will only be granted if the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

COURSE MODIFICATIONS
GELVION LIMITED reserves the right to modify or update course materials to improve quality and accuracy.
Such updates do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the course is permanently discontinued without replacement.

CHARGEBACKS
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us directly to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
